About Me
Yay! I’m so glad you are here!
My name is Stephanie and I am married to my incredible husband, Aaron. Together my husband and I have had 5 children – 4 amazing and wild boys and 1 little angel girl at the end.
When I got into the thick of my young mothering years with a 5, 3, 2 years old boys, I knew I was supposed to have joy in my calling in life as a mother, and I did. But there was more stress, more worry, more overwhelm than there was joy.
Thankfully, I turned to God and He taught me how to turn my mess into something I cherish and thrive in. And now I have felt to turn that mess into a message. Because I know first hand that among the challenges of motherhood, the purest and most lasting joy can be found.
Basically I’m letting you in! Letting you into my life so you can learn from my many mistakes and the ideas God has led me to understand through my strivings to help create a happy, purpose filled family life.
Many of my lessons have come from my very own Tiny Teachers- my 4 boys and 1 little baby girl. And I am excited and humbled to share stories and insights they have taught me along our journey together on this earth.

Why Share?
Why share? Because I believe mothers are one of God’s most powerful forces for good on the earth. Motherhood is divine and beautiful and I know if Satan can get to a mom, he can sink into a family. My prayer is that we will band together as mothers, uplift one another, step into our roles with confidence and build a strong community of mothers raising these incredible children we have been blessed with.

God has our backs in the most majestic and magnificent ways
God has my back. This is something disease is teaching me at a depth and reality I never anticipated. With my health being somewhat of a blind roller coaster, I have found myself facing anxiety like never before on top of increased physical ailments that accompany my diseases. But Heavenly Father gave me a gift. …

Enjoy the journey … Embrace the struggle … The obstacle is the way … Find joy in the climb … Just keep swimming …
But I have found myself lacking in ability to enjoy and embrace the daily dips of difficulty. The wear and tear can be so discouraging. It hit me during our Easter message at church when the speaker said something like: “what we are really celebrating at Easter is THE PROCESS.” The process through which Jesus …

A miracle worker- MUSIC
Music is one of my greatest tools. It can uplift, summon energy, calm, connect, excite, motivate, align…
I feel so grateful for the people who share their musical gifts and talents because it is a miracle worker for me!
Here are some of my playlists I’ve created that I use regularly!
- Begin the day with the end in mind to usher in perspective and summon vision. I use this playlist literally EVERY morning. No matter how much time I have before my kiddos wake up, this is one way I can quickly get in a mindset that helps me summon the best version of me.
- Whole family pick me up and playlist on cue for any kitchen dance party!
- Toddler mornings… sometimes we need all the help we can get. We use music as an easy way to boost all our moods and keep tantrums at bay.
- Quickly add mindset practice with kids at night with little effort and brain power from you.
- Time to breathe, be still, and release it all. I use this playlist for those times when I feel I need to calm my nervous system. It’s quick and effective. And I can do it anywhere, anytime. Just one or two songs with deep breaths and my eyes closed helps me get centered.
- Momentum and energy won’t always be there. This playlist is filled with inspiration to summon that energy and bring in those positive thoughts.
- Morning Mood Boost
- Whole family pick me up and playlist on cue for any kitchen dance party!
