Here are some of my playlists I’ve created that I use regularly!

START THE DAY RIGHT

  • Begin the day with the end in mind to usher in perspective and summon vision. I use this playlist literally EVERY morning. No matter how much time I have before my kiddos wake up, this is one way I can quickly get in a mindset that helps me summon the best version of me.

Morning Mood Boost

  • Whole family pick me up and playlist on cue for any kitchen dance party!

Family Morning Positivity

  • Toddler mornings… sometimes we need all the help we can get. We use music as an easy way to boost all our moods and keep tantrums at bay.

Family night affirmations

  • Quickly add mindset practice with kids at night with little effort and brain power from you.

Release Time

  • Time to breathe, be still, and release it all. I use this playlist for those times when I feel I need to calm my nervous system. It’s quick and effective. And I can do it anywhere, anytime. Just one or two songs with deep breaths and my eyes closed helps me get centered.

Momentum Builder

  • Momentum and energy won’t always be there. This playlist is filled with inspiration to summon that energy and bring in those positive thoughts.
